100% Manual Inspection
While automation helps us scale, the human eye is irreplaceable when it comes to the delicate art of eyelash extensions. At Lev8 Lash Factory, we do not rely solely on machine checks.
Our dedicated Quality Control department operates completely independently from the production line. Every single lash fan, every strip of tape, and every plastic case is physically handled and inspected by our highly trained QC specialists before it is cleared for shipping.

The 4-Step QC Protocol
Raw Material Inspection (IQC)
Before production begins, every batch of imported Korean PBT fibers undergoes strict inspection. We test for thickness tolerance, flexibility, color consistency (deep matte black), and heat resistance to ensure perfect curl capacity.
In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)
During manufacturing, our floor supervisors randomly inspect semi-finished trays. We check for precise tape alignment, even fan spacing, correct length mixing, and ensure there is zero adhesive residue at the base.
Final Quality Control (FQC)
Once the lashes are completed, every single tray is visually and physically inspected. We use precision tools to verify the exact curl angle, length accuracy, and overall neatness of the tray before it is approved.
Packaging & Dispatch Inspection
The final safeguard. We verify that the custom labels match the exact specifications, the foil backs peel off smoothly, and the protective casing is intact to prevent any damage during global transit.
